Jenn Laughlin

President

Jenn has worked for Famous Enterprises since 2013. Jenn worked for HCP from 2014 to 2018 as the Vice President of Business Development & Marketing. Jenn’s responsibilities included developing HCP’s TotalSeal product line, managing current customer relationships, new business development, management of manufacturer reps, and management of HCP’s marketing efforts. Jenn rejoined the company in March of 2020 as President and Operations Manager, overseeing production, engineering, and IT.

Jenn is an 18-year industry veteran, having worked for an HVAC contractor, a forced air zoning manufacturer, a wholesale distributor, and now HCP. Jenn is a graduate of Ashland University where she earned both an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree as well as a graduate Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Supply Chain Management. Jenn is a longtime member of Women in HVACR, an industry organization focused helping women to succeed through networking opportunities, mentoring & education.

Don Smith

Vice President

Don joined Famous Supply in 1996 and quickly rose to become the North Central Ohio District Sales Manager. He joined the Famous Executive Leadership Team in 2007 after being promoted to President of Heating and Cooling Products. Don’s industry experience and relationships lead to rapid sales growth at HCP. Don was instrumental in the development of sealed products as well as in substantially increasing production capabilities at both plants. Since 2015, Don became Vice President focused on Sales, Marketing and Product Development. In his free time Don enjoys spending time with his family in both Ohio and Wisconsin. He also is a nationally recognized pure bred swine breeder and serves on the national executive committee for National Swine Registry.

Kathy Hill

Human Resource Manager, PHR, SHRM-CP

Kathy has been an associate of Heating & Cooling Products for 23 years.  Currently, she is the HR Manager at both our Mt. Vernon & Byesville, Ohio locations and manager all aspects of the Human Resource and Labor Management functions.  She is certified by SHRM and HRCI and has extensive knowledge, experience and education within the Human Resource area.  Prior to becoming the HR Manager, she has held numerous positions at HCP including Safety Manager, Process Improvement Coordinator, Lean & Kaizen Facilitator and Payroll associate.  Kathy feels that our top priorities are to live our core values and be a mentor of our fundamentals to all HCP associates.

On a personal note, Kathy has 2 children, three grandchildren, a significant other and loves to travel, boat, read and watch football.

Mike McCutchen

Vice President, Finance and Supply Chain Management

Michael has been with HCP since 2008 as the Finance Controller. His responsibilities include managing the accounting, purchasing and logistics departments, strategic analysis, and evaluation of new business opportunities. Michael has over 30 years of manufacturing related financial experience. He earned undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Economics at Mount Vernon Nazarene University and a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University. Michael’s interests include drag racing and deep sea fishing.
